Fortunately, not all hairs enter the same phase at the same time, otherwise everyone would be temporarily completely bald until the cycle begins again.

  4. Watch out for tight rubber bands. Rubber bands used for making a braid or bun, for example, can cause pressure on the hair roots. This may even cause the hair roots to fall out.
  5. Excessive alcohol consumption and smoking are bad for the entire body and especially for hair. So be aware of the effects of smoking and alcohol.
  6. Take good care of your hair. The above points are obviously related to this, but in addition, it is also important to use the right care products for your type of hair.
