What will you do?
Als haartechnicus ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen ons medisch team. Je ondersteunt de artsen bij haartransplantaties, begeleidt cliënten gedurende het behandeltraject en draagt actief bij aan het hoge kwaliteitsniveau waar Zantman Kliniek om bekend staat. Daarnaast neem je een voorbeeldrol op je richting collega-assistenten en werk je mee aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het team. Ben je een doorzetter, collegiaal en gericht op kwaliteit? Your main responsibilities:
- Performing hair transplant treatments with precision: Taking out, sorting and carefully inserting the grafts (groups of hair follicles) one by one according to the FUE.
- Client supervision on treatment day: You will ensure that clients are comfortable and relaxed during treatment day.
- Other Duties: You will sterilize instrumentation and call clients before or after treatment to prepare or inform them about recovery.
- Follow-up and advice: You will answer client questions prior to or after the consultation.
- Quality Assurance: You will collaborate on protocols, quality and safety within the Clinic so that care is always of the highest standard. You identify areas for improvement and contribute to continuous quality improvement.
- Development and Communications: You will provide input for online and offline educational materials to increase the visibility of the Clinic .
- Knowledge and Innovation: You stay abreast of the latest trends, techniques and developments within the industry and translate these into improvements in advice and working methods.
Who are you?
You interact well with people and are able to explain clearly and carefully. Additionally:
- Do you have mbo or college work and thinking level.
- Heb je minimaal 2 jaar ervaring met het uitvoeren van haartransplantatiebehandelingen volgens de FUE-techniek.
- Are you presentable and possess tact and empathy when interacting with colleagues and clients.
- Can you put people at ease and guide them well.
- Do you value quality and are a go-getter.
