Andreas van der Hoek has been working at KRVE, in the Port of Rotterdam, for many years. He can be found on the water where he helps with the docking and mooring of ships, but also inside with the planning. ''In the breaks we walk around making fun of each other, men to men,'' Andreas says. ''Jokes about each other's hairline or bald heads fly by. I also saw my hairline deteriorate every year. At one point I thought: I have to change this. It can be done. So why not?''
